We had a great value for our money, with a well-appointed room and a lovely view of the pool. The location was perfect, right by the beach and within easy walking distance of everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast could have been improved with fresher pastries.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance to all the sights in town. The staff provided top-notch service from the moment I checked in, making me feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi. The four pools were a major highlight, offering a refreshing escape from the heat. the level of comfort and quality services provided at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Its an old resort but very central
The staff at recption were very rude one in particualr told me that i had ordered tea to my room and i did not as i was out the whole day but she did not believe luckily the other receptionist apologised for her. Waiting staff in the restaurant was also very rude when i asked for tomatoe sauce drawing me a dirty look . Patong Merlin needs to pull up its socks.
